2nd option is the correct one. Lysosome is the home of proteolyses, Hydrolases and many more enzymes which works in low pH. Lysosome is the final destination to proteolytic degredation. Lysosome's lumen pH maintained between 4.5 to 6.5 . Also it is easy to break proteins in Acidic medium. Endosomes are intracellular organelles which regulate trafficking of proteins and lipid. So enzymes and receptors of these 2 organelles need an acidic medium.
