Based on the above table

We calculate the percentage of Married participants, who were Obese is: 44.3 %

Solution :- We calculate the percentage of Married participants, who were Obese using following formula

=m / n -------(1)

Where, m = the number of Married participants, who were Obese = 148

n = Total number of participants, who were Obese = 334

Using m = 148, n = 334 in equation (1) we get

=m / n = 148/334 = 0.443114

The above answer write in the percentage as below

= 44.3114 % \approx 44.3 % (Round answer of percentage to one decimal places)

The percentage of Married participants, who were Obese is 44.3 %
