Skin care is an important aspect in maintanance of health because skin is the largest organ in our body and it protect the body from outer environmental agents to a larger extent. The priority goals include maintanence of proper hygiene of body. Taking daily bath is the primary and basic are of skin. During bathing we are cleaning the skin and protect from infections. Also we should always mnitor for any lesions or break and any changes in the texture and appearance of the skin. Thsi will help in early identification and taking appropriate care to the skin problem.

Also we shouild avoid use of unhealthy and chemical exposure on the skin such as exact chemicals and unfaire creams and skin products. It may ause iritation .

Always take advice from an dermotologist before starting a treatment or therapy on skin. Because our skin are sensitive one and easily get spoiled. So we should take advice from doctor. Proper treatment should be taken to skin problems to avoid complications.

Skin of children are more sensitive than adult, and specialized cares needed to them. USe proper and healthy products on the skin of children. Proper monitoring of skin is needed to avoid infections and disorders of skin.

We should take appropriate step to avoid come in contact with infected person to prevent the spread of infectious diseases,
