The company is one of the prominent telecommunication companies in Ghana. It employs over 1500 employees and has a revenue of over USD 800 Million.

Mission statement & Employees

The company has grown at a very high rate over the years. It is considered as one of the best companies to work for in Ghana. The company has been able to gain significant market share in the industry. The attrition rate is very low. The company has very strong internal branding which helps it to communicate its mission and vision among its employees. Each department head is made aware of the contribution they will make for the organization's growth.

Mission Statement & Customers

The company has excelled in delivering values to its customers. The growth in the revenue and the market share clearly indicates a very strong and loyal customer base.

Purpose: The purpose of the company is to provide world-class telecommunication services in form of post-paid and pre-paid mobile service for its users.

Services: The company pioneers in providing post-paid and pre-paid mobile services. This includes voice calls, mobile net, messaging and other value-added services

Philosophy: The core philosophy of the company is to create value for its target customers through its service offerings and ensure maximum customer satisfaction by providing the latest telecommunication services.

Technology: The company has formed a strategic alliance with major telecom hardware & software providers which helps it to stay relevant in the sector in terms of technology and ensure quality service for its customers.

Business: The company has witnessed multi-fold growth in its revenues which has not touched USD 700 Million. It is one of the major telecommunication service providers in Ghana.

Values: The company has ensured that its organizational values are always oriented towards achieving its mission and vision. The company has always ensured that its acts always in benefit for the customers. This ensures higher customer llooyallty and higher revenue.
