Answer #1

Such power of attorney based on the specific event to trigger it is legally operational when the Attorney In Fact or the real or principal holder gives such jurisdiction. The power is broad which gives the chosen one to take decisions and are legally on behalf of the principal stakeholder. So the power of attorney has to put that in the will of the Principle to make the same happen once he or she is not in charge which may be the death of the principal or his or her discursion to take the holidays while the Power is in charge. So once an event occurs the people known or the legal advisor as per the will would transfer the power to another with due consignee of the laws and the will of the principle which is recognized by the law. Now based on the power the individual would have the right to make decisions that are legal or financial or technical as per their choice or demands of the process.
