The polarity of a bond is due to the presence of the electronegativity difference between the atoms of the bonds

The bond C is between both carbon-carbon atom

Since atoms of the same elements can not have an electronegativity difference

Bond C is least polar

Bond A is between S and C while bond B is between O and C

Now we know that oxygen is more electronegative than sulfur

So bond B must have more electronegativity difference, hence more polar than the bond A

So-

Bond B is most polar

Bond A is intermediate polar

Bond C is least polar
