We need to calculate mean and standard deviation of the sampling distribution of sample means can be calculated as
Mean of sampling distribution (\muXbar) = Population mean = 141
Standard deviation of sampling mean(\sigmaXbar) = \sigma /sqrt(n) = 28/sqrt(40) = 4.427
So mean is \mu Xbar = 141 and the standard deviation is \sigma Xbar = 4.427
