ls command is used for listing the files inside the directory to ther terminal or in a file but to missuse the use of listing command to used with rm command to list the current directory files and pass that list to the rm command will remove all the files so that is the disadvantage of ls command rather its missuse of ls command
rm -rf $(ls) is intended to delete all files in current directory.
