The idea of white victim hood has been coming up from the ideas of race hiring, or not being color blind while giving opportunities to people. Some people claim that when organizations practice race hiring, to increase diversity among the themselves, it is the whites who are being discriminated. They state that in such conditions the whites are being treated in the exact same manner as the blacks had been treated.

he supports this by stating that when the black people or the people of color acquire college degrees, their chances of getting hired as compared to a white person are either twice or 50% resp more than that of whites. Asian Americans also have a 40% greater chance of getting hired. And this he states is unfair as the Latino and the black community together represent only around 13% of the college students.

Thus, he states that whites are discriminated through the process of affirmative action.
