There are many services in the form of government organisations and non government organisations that provides resources to the patient according to their needs and requirements . To access a particular resource and details about what is offered in a program and how it operates , firstly Tim should contact the personal who are operating such services and should provide the patient details and his or her source of income to have access to their services because mostly these free services are for those patients who are poor and can't afford the services.
