These are called accessibility features and are meant to help disabled people use websites with ease. Accessibility features are designed in such a manner that disabled people who want to access the website should feel welcome and included, and the information and activities should be designed to meet their specific needs. Websites should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust according to accessibility guidelines.
