by ideal gas equation ,

PV = nRT , where P is pressure , V is volume, n is no: of moles, R is universal gas constant , T is temperature in kelvin scale.

V= 450ml = 0.45L

n = mass of O2/ molar mass of O2

=40g/15.99gmol-1 = 2.5015mol

T = 415+273 = 688K

R = 0.0820LatmK-1mol-1

PV = nRT

P = nRT/V

= 2.5015 x0.0820 x 688 / 0.45

= 313.61atm
