Among alpha particle and beta particle penetrating power of beta particle is more.

In case of protons they does not has a penetrating power and as positron are unstable and decomposes quickly their penetrating power are negligible.

At last the as neutrons are neutral particle they are also called indirectly ionizing radiation and has penetrating power more than alpha radiation and beta radiation.

so among alpha, beta, positrons, protons and neutrons, neutrons has highest penetrating capacity.

So option e) is correct answer.
