There is a chiral centre at carbon 4. which is S in configuration.

So,the nomenclature is  (S)-benzyl 4,5-dimethylhex-5-enoate.

The mejor functional group is amide(abbreviation-amide) and the secondary functional group is alcohol (abbreviation-hydroxy).

The is one methyl at the 4-position and hydroxy group at the 5 position. In amide the two hydrogen is substituted by benzyl and methyl.

So, the nomenclature is N-benzyl-5-hydroxy-N,4-dimethylpentanamide
