The Federal bank of United States will have the buy dollars in exchange of EUROS in the forex market whill will result in increase in demand of dollars thereby leading to increase in supply of EUROS.

Thus if the supply of EURO increases , the supply curve shifts rightwards leading to fall in value of EUROS in comparison to Dollars .

The increase in demand of dollars will lead to appreciation of dollars as comapred to EUROs which will lead to depreciation of EUROS in comparison to Dollars.
