They thought of using their skills and to start a business which could help them financially. Among them, Tom has good business skills, he is known as business brain of the group. Dickk has mechanical skills and Harry has creative skills. So, they decided to use their skills and start a business of salvaging small scrap metal pieces, nuts, and bolts from junkyards and salvage yards. Harry' work is designing, Dickk will cast and weld them into decorative art pieces. Now they need money for this, so, Tom will raise money from friends and family. He will distribute art pieces also. Dickk's daughter will help in apprentice as she has mechanical skills. Harry' wife, Helen, can help in Sales and Marketing and can recruit in same field. Helen's friend, Fern, is already in this field, so she can help them in sales. Dickk' wife, Janine, real estate agent has found an old warehouse of Jordan who is plannig to sell or rent out the warehouse, which can be their headquarter.
Business structure will be like this. They can seek help from different friends and known persons so that they can successfully start the business and earn some handsome money.
