Estimated overhead = 7000+12000+13000+28000 = 60000

Overhead rate :

Direct labor hour = 60000/8000 = 7.5 per DLH

Direct labor cost = 60000/96000 = 62.5%

Machine hour = 60000/30000 = 2 per MH

Overhead applied

Direct labor hour = 9*7.5 = 67.50

Direct labor cost = 100*62.50% = 62.50

Machine hour = 32*2 = 64
