Answer #1

Days Receivable = (Accounts Receivable / Revenue) x No of days in period

Days Inventory =(Closing Stock /Cost of Goods Sold) × No of days in period

Operating cycle =Days receivable + Days inventory

Days payable = (Accounts Payable / Cost of Goods Sold) x No of days in period

Cash cycle = Operating cycle - Days payable

Note For simplicity 30 days a month is normally assumed in textbooks.

If you want a more precise answer you can put 31 28 and 31 days for Jan Feb and March respectively.
