Product cost per unit = Direct Materials 133 + Direct Labor 56 + Variable moh 26 + Fixed manufacturing overhead (183,600/3,400) = 269 per unit

Net operating income (loss)

= (3000*310) - (3000*269) - (3,000*5 + 108,000)

= 0
