How would you use design thinking tools to continue to develop insights and test new fan experiences and business models when you building a new stadium?
First of all, Design Thinking: It is a continous process, that is use to understand audience, redefine problems, challange assumptions and create innovative ideas. It is important to develop and refine skills to understand and address rapid changes in user's environment and behaviours. Design Thinking is the best one out of all design processes for "thinking outside the box." The tools of using design thinking are:
1. What's the need of users: I will try to understand what users want and what the problems arising and will try to solve them, through surveys.
2. State the needs of users: After surveying about the needs of users, i will analyze my observations and will prepare the proper statements and will further discuss with my mates.
3. Creation of Ideas: Now, after the surveys and analysis i wil generate several ideas and will also be look for alternative ways to view problem and identify innovative solutions.
4. Implementation of Ideas: This is an experimental case. The main aim in this part is, i have to identify the best possible ways for each problem i have found during the surveys and observations.
5. Testing of apllied solutions: This is the final stage and here i will test the solutions which i applied to resolve the problems face by users. As i told it is an iterative process, still we will further try to redefine further problems.
Now, how will i apply these tools in the above demanding scenerio are as under:
So, firstly i will observe what are the requirements of the stadium as per what kind of events are being created and then i will try to understand the needs of business models and audience who will come here. i will create online survey, Questionnaires tools to understand their experiences and needs. Then after this i will prepare the data and observe it more closely and then with help of my mates i will try to create innovative ideas and then observe that closely and then more and more try to keep my audiences and business models taste, needs and behaviours up-to-date to understand their demands, as design thinking is the iterative process.

You want to test the aerodynamics of a new arquitectural design by building a model and putting it inside a wind tunnel. The actual building will be 37.0 m tall and subjected to wind speeds of 11 m/s. If the model is 2.1 m tall, what should be the speed in the wind tunnel to accurately model the winds around the building?
You are an entrepreneur. You and a friend develop a new design for in-line skates that improves speed by 25% to 30%. You plan to form a business to manufacture and market the skates. You and your friend want to minimize taxes, but your prime concern is potential lawsuits from individuals who might be injured on these skates. • What form of organization do you set up? Critical thinking gives you the power to make sense of something by deliberately choosing how to respond to events that you encounter. You take in information, examine and ask questions about it, look at new perspectives, and identify a plan. You use problem-solving and decision-making strategies. Demonstrate how you would use the nursing process when making a decision using critical thinking.
