Critical Path Method: After designing the Gantt Chart, I look for critical path to execute process.
Spreadsheet Application: Once Project schedule is made and it critical path is been identified, the very same template will be designed and saved in spreadsheet. This would ensure the cross verify during every progress and to make additional calculation if needed.
