Property tax:- A tax levied directly on property not on goods.this tax is tne annual amount paid by the land owner to the local onwer or the muncipal corporation of his area.

Wealth tax Transfer :- Wealth tax is levied on the value of held assets not on goods.Transfer tax charges on the transfer of onwership or title to assets one entity to another.
