Following might explain the difference:

(1)Chances are that the highest used product is having better quality for cardiology groups during the usage.

(2)It may be also that the highest used product is cost-efficient and cheaper for cardiology gropus.

(3)There is one more possibility that the highest used product is more effective for people facing cardiological issues in my local area.
