Enantiomers are non-superimposable mirror images of each other means they have opposite R,S designations at chiral carbons. Eg if a molecule have (R,S) configuration then its enantiomer will have (S,R) configuration.

Distereomers are the isomer of a compound which differ in configuration at one or more chiral center, but they can't be mirror images of each other. Eg if a compound has (R,S) configuration, its distereomers will have either (R,R) or (S,S) configuration.

Identical molecules always have same configuration.
