Answer #1

First Part:

I have experienced Hawthorne Effect.

Second Part:

I joined my first company in 2018 as a fresher graduate hire. After the knowledge transfer session developments and service requests were assigned to me. Initially as a fresher I made a few mistakes in development which causes a UAT (user acceptance testing) rejection. I also breached a few service requests as well due to lack of knowledge about the procedure. The company paid fines to the client side. Due to this reason the higher authority was not very pleased with me. They also noticed my irregular office timings. As I noticed as my work is getting observed and if I can't perform, I will be escalated I start analyzing my mistakes and rectified them. Soon my quality of development improved and I was appreciated from the client side. As I notice that I am being observed, so I changed my behavior and it gives me good result.

Hope this helps.
