Answer #1

1st part:

If the employees are dissatisfied with their jobs then they will start to deliver less productive work as per their prior level of work delivery. The employees will take frequent leaves by giving absurd excuses and may try at different companies.

The common clue may be coming late at the workplace and spending more time than assigned recess hours. Making constant errors and keeping every day pending works in the work conduction process generally showcases the ineffectiveness of work deliveries for the employees. From such factors, the manager can easily figure out that the employee is not satisfied with their jobs.

2nd part:

In such a note it cannot be assumed that the workers were satisfied until their work outcomes meeting the level of productivity. Efficient deliveries only come when a worker puts maximum labor into the job and zeal to put maximum labor comes from the satisfaction level of a worker. Also on a situation when a worker is not trained, the satisfaction level could not be assumed based on productivity. If an employee is trained on a particular job but not showcasing productive results then it can be said that the workers are not satisfied with the job.

3rd part:

Yes, with greater satisfaction in work it leads to high productivity because when an employee works hard the strength of work comes from the mental satisfaction, career growth in all aspects and that reflects in the outcome. Without satisfaction it is not possible to deliver greater productivity.
