Dominos Pizza has a very good customer relationship with it's customers. This brand name has been warned by it over a short period of time. Dominos pizza allow to customers to make orders either online or offline. One can easily place orders using it's website or app. Pizza can also be ordered by visiting shops and eating it there. It provides pizza delivery to home in a very short time ( about half an hour). The order can also be tracked by the customers.

The pizza theatre concept was also introduced by dominos. For this the stores design have a featured customer sitting, a viewing window, free wifi, order tracking etc.

Domino's has also introduced hotspots feature which allows customers to make order at a beach, park, etc also.

Domino's has a very unique process design which makes it possible to deliver the orders at it's quickest time.

There is parallel operating facility in the Domino's so that various orders are executed at the same time. The sequence of operations are arranged in a way that there is no wastage of time and materials.

Advantages:

1. Quick deliveries are possible

2. Quality products are produced

3. No wastage of time, money and materials

4. Customer satisfaction is highest
