The Subordinate employees in the department where I work. This was in a to motivate them to boost their morale and ensure higher productivity

This is because the employees fall under lower levels in the company organisational structure

Yes i was successful
1.Good response from the employee at the end of the motivation session
2. Introduced performance based incentives that the employee had been agitating for.This caught their attention
3. Feedback after the session from the team leader was positive

1.Changed my method of communication to ensure inclusivity
2. Engaged with the team leaders of the employees after the session to find what was wrong

Regional manager demanded better sales results. This made my change the method of employee engagement in my department t ensure this was achieved, This included more motivation sessions, directly interacting with employees and addressing their concerns directly
