These latent forces are part of what sociologists study. Especially in Chapter 7, you begin to be introduced to the ideas of power holders or those who have ability to create the influences. Generally, normal every day citizens walk around living their lives without ever questioning why things are the way they are. We accept the status quo. We accept our positions in the economic structure. We accept the reasons that we have been given to explain our places in the society Typically, the "reason" we have been given by the social structure on why we either fail or succeed is because of "individual factors." Example, people are poor because they don't apply themselves or they lack something to allow them to succeed. Rarely in the US does regular every day Americans acknowledge that people might be poor because the structure itself does not permit for their advancement of their success but in the reverse is more inclined to keep a person either in the position they were born into or encourage downward mobility and not upward mobility. Social Fabric act as a glue which holds the various sections of society. It hods the society together. These are basically the sharing of bonds among people. These all helps in maintaining and creation of a coherent society.

This fabric is being built more intense with the effective interactive systems among people. If people interact more then they share more ideas. They come across the positive and negative aspects of each other's life.

They adopt the positive aspects of others and try to get rid of negative aspects of their own culture. All these work in a flexible manner which ensures the development of a new flavor. This new flavor keep on modifying with the passage of time.

Repeated social interactions with diverse intensities keep on increasing the strength of this fabric. Cooperation and conflict both are the parts of social fabric. These may have positive or negative impacts on social and mental status of personality.

Suppose we are fighting on some points. This diversion of views on certain points may discover a new path of problem solving. It also leads to the path of improvisation. Conflict should be taken in positive way. Negative aspects should be identified for better consolidation of positive gestures. It not only ensures the strength of social fabric but also causes a sustainable development.
