Answer 5: B lymphocytes

Explanation: Two type of cells(white blood cells) are generally involved in defance mechanism known as B cell and T cells.

B cell origenates from bone marrow and help in releasing antibodies to attack bacteria;l infection.

Answer 6:Inflammation

Explanation 6: System present inside our body which help to respond to cut or wound is known as Inflammation. This system consists of various germ fighting cells , specific antigen detector cell (macrophages, B call , T cell , dendritic cell etc.)which together play part in cut and wound responce.

Answer 7: Antigen

Explanation 7: Antigens are the foreign substances( bacteria,virus,) which is responsible for the various diseases inside the body. Antigens or foreign particals which is not acceptable to the body is responsible for the development of various antibodies in its responce to fight the infection so we can say that antigen is responsible to stimulate our T and B cell as  immune response.

Answer 8: T lymphocytes

Explanation: The processed antigen is presented through  major histocompatibility complex (MHC, cell surface protein) I and II by antigen presenting cells (B cell, macrophage and dendritic cell), firstly recognized by T lymphocytes [If presented through MHC I which recognized by Tc cells with the help of Cd 8+ (Leads to cell mediated immune response)   while if antigen is presented through MHC II, is recognized by Th cells with the help of Cd4+ (leads to humoral immune response)

Explanation: Fragment of crystalizable region(FC region) of IgG antibody binds with  macrophages which trigger the rate of phagocytic process, term as opsonization.

Answer 10: Lymph node

Explanation: Lymph node is a well organized encapsulated bean shaped   tissues structure ( secondary immune organ) which consists of a reticular network packed with lymphocyte, dendritic cell and macrophages which together play part in immune response.

Answer 11: Antibody

Explanation: Plasma B cells is produced through effector response which secrete antibody that interact with antigen and neutralize them.This is known as humoral response.

Answer 12: Vasodilation

Explanation: During the inflamation histamine is released which causes Vasodilation(increased vessel/capillary diameter). After vasodilation the WBC and cell exudate is released at the site of inflamation which is responsible for redness, puffy and fever.

Answer 13: Phagocytic cells like macrophages, dendritic cell etc.
