This is a western blot. The lanes show proteins that have migrated corresponding to their molecular weights. In this technique we first run protein sample on the Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). In PAGE proteins migrate corresponding to their molecular weights. The gel is then transferred on PVC membrane. the protein sample is then visualized using primary and secondary antibodies, which give chromogenic substance or fluorescence.
