Suppose you are working in the IT Support department of a computer store. A customer calls you and says “I bought my laptop on Thursday. The first weekend was awesome; I hung out with my gaming buddies and we stayed online for 36 hours, living on pizza, soda, and chips. After working flawlessly for the first couple of days, now the n key doesn’t work; when I press the n key, absolutely nothing happens. The m key sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.” Please assume the customer has rebooted the machine and has scanned the computer for malware. Please assume the computer has all of the latest software updates installed and has all of the latest drivers installed. • Keyboard may be restted by using
• select control panel
• select Hardware and Sound from control panel
• Then select Device Manager
• Then select, Keyboard by Double clicking it
• Then choose Standard keybaord from the options in the keyboard, if no options are shown then click Hidden files from the View Menu.
• Then select the Standard keyboard option by making right click
• Then select uninstall
• Then make restart of the laptop
• Then your laptop keyboard will work properly now.

Else try other choice.

• You may try by restarting the laptop
• Then press F8 while booting, unitl displaying Windows Advanced Options Menu is shown
• Then select safe mode with networking
• Then press Enter key
• In the log screen, select the User Account
• Then check whether issues which will be persisting.
