yes it is effected since some part part of Fe+3 is converted into hydroxide.

The net reaction for formation of insoluble hydroxide is as follows:

2Fe^{+3}+3H_{2}O_{2}\rightarrow 2Fe\left ( OH \right )_{3}

Dissolving is endothermic and precipitation is exothermic.

Once precipitation starts the concomitant enthalpy delays the rate of cooling as energy released during precipitation can be used to dissolve the precipitate
