Yes the evolution of HR function has been significant at present times in many organisations.Now the HR has to function in many ways for an organization.HR has to recruit the various employees for the different job positions of the organization.For recruitment of the right employees,HR has to conduct various interviews so that the right and skilled candidates can be selected for the job positions. Also HR has to look after the various relations of the existing employees and there is always an effort to maintain a positive environment in the organization.Also the HR has to look after the various employees in case any employee is not efficient in his workings then necessary training needs to be provided to such employee so that he can contribute effectively in the objectives of the organization.Thus HR has various important functions and all such functions are very much important for the accomplishment of the aims and objectives of the organization.Thus the function of HR has evolved to a great extent and earlier there was not so much importance of an HR as now it has increased.Earlier HR was confined to limited functioning and HR was not as much important as now it has been.
