The most acidic hydrogen in the compound is III.

Because it is adjacent to three carbonyl groups (C=O) which have strong electron withdrawing effect like -I effect and -R effects. Also after deprotonation of the proton III the conjugate base becomes very much stabilized by -R effects of the three adjacent carbonyl groups which makes the hydrogen III most acidic.
