3) The First Amendment protects freedom of religion with two clauses referred to as the establishment clause and the free exercise clause. Briefly discuss these two clauses and the protections they provide.

The Establishment Provision, forbids the government from creating a faith funded by the state and from passing legislation that encourage faith or privilege over one religion. While church and state separate, this clause does not require complete separation. The Principle of Free Exercise, guarantees a person may retain any religious conviction he / she likes. It also ensures that he / she has absolutely no religion to have.

Sam has infringed The Foreign Corrupt Practice Act, which knowingly prohibits bribing a foreign government official if the payment purpose is to motivate the official to act in his or her official capacity to provide business opportunities. According to the FCPA, the punishment is that the corporation may be fined up to $ 2 million, and the actual officers or administrators will be punished up to $100,000 (which the business can not pay) and jailed for up to five years.
