I have provided detailed explanation regarding the question you've asked. If you have any doubts please let me and i would be happy assist you. And if you like my explanation please like this answer, it is highly appreciated.

First let us understand what Retail Clinic is. A Retail clinic is a type of clinic that is established or situated in and / or near malls or super marts that are majorly involved in treated very small issues or illness or in other words that doesn’t treat any complicated cases. Some of the other names include Nurse-in-a-box, Walk-in Clinic etc.

As a coin has both the sides in the same way every aspect or an event will also have both the pros and cons. Retail Clinics are going most good than harm, because of the walk-in kind of service they provide at affordable cost, it has become a boon to the people who need some medic support with less cost and with less time. The pros of the location that a Retail Clinic is situated in can be that it can be easily accessible to the people, it is easily addressed and located, and it can be easily reached by the persons since most of the Retail Clinics are situation in the prime localities. There are not much cons about the location of the Retail Clinics but the place where the Clinic is established may not be hygiene all the time since they are located in busy malls and super marts. And also if more number of people come to the Clinic there won’t be much place for the people to even sit in the clinic. These pros and cons are not conclusive but exhaustive.

And coming to the core matter, there has been a rapid increase in the Retail Clinics with the increase in the malls and super marts. The role of a healthcare manager will be increased too due to the increase in the retail clinics because of the requirement of such managers in each of the clinic. And yes it will be a tough task on the part of the healthcare manager for addressing the issues in both the primary care doctors and also in the case of emergency rooms. The role of a healthcare manager in the Retail Clinic will be mostly restricted on addressing the basic things since the Retail Clinics mostly deal with the small illness or non-complicated cases.
