Solution:

A) Total area of parking lot = 165' x 211.667'

= 34925.055 sq.ft.

B) Area of curb and gutter,

As per given in plan, radius of outer side of curb and gutters is 120' and that of inner side is 90'. For calculating area of curb and gutter, we subtract area of quarter circle of radii 90' from area of quarter circle having radii 120'.

Now,
