• Change in venue
• The new number of expected guests
• the change from indoor location to an outdoor location and related costs
• Change in type of dinner that will lead to the quantity of the food
• Change in DJ music to live band
• All the costs that will be increased are to be mentioned in the new agreement and it must be approved by both the company and the client
