Motions: flexion, extension, plantar flexion.

2) Doing jumping jacks

Joints moving are hip, shoulder, elbow, knee, ankle.
Motions: abduction, adduction, plantar flexion.

3) Answering the telephone

Joints moving are elbow, shoulder, wrist, neck, phalanges, metacarpals, carpals.
Motions: flexion, adduction, rotation, extension, abduction, supination.

4) Jumping rope

Joints moving are shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, phalanges, metacarpals, carpals.
Motions: rotation, circumduction, flexion, plantar flexion, elevation, depression.
