The correct option is (D). It is clear from the force diagram of the helicopter that the net force on it is towards right, as the forces in vertically upward and downward directions cancel each other (since represented by arrows of equal length and in opposite directions). The arrow to the right is longer than the arrow to the left which means net force (right arrow minus left arrow) is acting towards right. Now by Newton's second law, Force = mass*acceleration, Or, F = ma

This implies net acceleration, a, will also be towards right or the helicopter is accelerating to the right.
