Answer #1

When the trend is taken for the recent few years, it can be observed thatthe fines for cartels have got ot reduce globally andalso as a counterpart, the anti trust fines got to increase a lot on the whole. However, in some way or the other global cartels and similar price controlling reforms were actually controlled in the name of anti trust fines on the whole. The rationale behind this shift is the increasing pressures of some renowned cartels where the governments of the respective countries might not work up to handle instead they worked a lot upon the smaller cartel issues and price regulating agencies and imposed fines to cover the issue.
