We know that the accelration is maximum at the extreme posiiton, that is at the amplitude of the motion.

Now, we know that total energy in any SHM is constant.

So,

\frac{0.16*0.17^{2}}{2}+\frac{2.2*0.06^{2}}{2}=\frac{2.2*A^{2}}{2}

A=0.0755 cm or 7.55cm

Part D

Again making energy conservation,

\frac{0.16*v^{2}}{2}+\frac{2.2*0.029^{2}}{2}=\frac{2.2*0.0755^{2}}{2}

v=25.85 cm/s
