SOLUTION :


Vertex is (-2, 0) (in the 2nd quadrant). And it is a parabola opening upward..


So, vertex is a minima and y -value is all along positive from 0 to ∞.

x-value will be from - ∞ to + ∞.


Hence,  range is [0,  ∞) and domain is (- ∞, ∞)  (ANSWER).
