In addition to read,write and execute permission users might want to apply append operation. This operation adds te object to current contents of the object.
It does not alter the current contents of object. The one described above is the more commonly, strict form of the write permission. Write operation allows
the user to alter the existing data. Another commonly used operation by user is grant. Using grant operation, user can give grant permissions to other objects.
So that other than owner can execute read,write or execute operations.
