It can be mentioned that this statement can be agreed to a particular extent and this is because of the fact that the crime rate in the United States has been increasing and many times we have been seeing cases where lack of self defence proved to be a threat and in this regard, situations have changed a lot where the right to bear arms also changed as it rests with the private people for the sake of self defence all in all.
