Answer #1

Answer: False

Justification

Productivity = Total Output / Total Input

Productivity refers to the total output in proportion to the total input.

The given statement claims that "the tracking input in money terms is a method of measuring productivity" which is not the fact and in fact, it doesn't even make sense. As productivity should be measured in terms of how much output has been produced out of the inputs. And the tracking of input in terms of money doesn't give a proportionate picture of the productivity given. But, the monetary factors (bonus, incentives, profit sharing, etc) would definitely influence the people to be better productive employees.

If you liked the answer please give an Up-vote, this will be quite encouraging for me, thank you!
