Issues in sustainabilty

Member A: Sustainability is something which required continous improvemene but our business requirement sometimes doesnt align ith the sustianbaility practise

Member B: Sustainability sometimes need dedicated monitoring and controlling actities where all organisation never got time to invest on the resource for the same

Member A: Sustianability is something very difficult to track and identify the qualitative change gained through it

Member B:Sustainbaility can never assurance any direct gain on the organisation and it is difficult to communicate over employees how they can achieve.

2:Lean six sigma

Member A: Six sigma methodology is very complext and difficult to explain

Member B: There is always a contradiction between employees on how to classify the lean sigma projects or activities and every members have their own veiw points about lean six sigma

Member A; Companies required more planning to attain lean sigma whcih may adversly affect their current service level to customers

Member B: Most of the effective leab six sigma projects have long term ROI (Return on Investment) an initial investment is very high.

Criteria for supplier evaluation

Member A: Botjh qualitative and quantitative asepct of supplier evaluation is difficult to achieve and tradeoff is something very crucial on it.

Member B: It is quite complex when the region has limited suppliers and all has same advantages and disadvnatages.

Member A: It is a conitnous improvemenet activity and it is very difficult to assur ethe same service level or quality from the same suppliers through out the year

Mmeber B: Factos which determines sipplier evaluation is sometimes relative and it varies from industry to industry and customer to customer.
