1) Empowering beliefs -

There are generally two types of beliefs empowering beliefs and limiting beliefs.
Limiting beliefs are beliefs which restrict us to obtain our goals in life.

Whereas, Empowering beliefs are those which motivate us to take risk and believe for a successful and positive result. Empowering beliefs provides us the strength and confidence to do anything beyond our ability. Believing positive about ourself empower us to fight for our goals in life.

Believe are the rules of life -

Our life is based on our beliefs and we take them as rules. We called the beliefs as rule because beliefs act as rule and helps in deciding what to do and what jot to do same like rules. The beliefs set the criteria that what is good and what is bad. It also helps in achieving the objective in life and choosing the right path in life.

Self fulfilling prophecy means a belief that some event or circumstances will happen and to make it true the person act in accordance with that. In other words , it is a belief which comes true because we act as it is already true.
Let's take an example :- A student believes that he will fail in exam and he refuse to study, consequently he does fail, making his prophecy correct and true.

First let's understand what is the meaning of possession. Possession means to have something or you own something or you are owner of something.
Now possession of beliefs means the conviction, ideas or values which a person own and carry in his or her life. The beliefs affects our understanding of the society. The positive beliefs helps us to live better and happy life. Belief helps us to do those things which are impossible. A strong belief never let you down.
