This helps managers in understanding the opinion of customers so that they can take correct decisions. This will also help the managers in avoiding conflicts and giving tough competition to competitors.

2. When opinions of many people are taken , it results in the reality getting deviated sometimes . As people have different opinions and perceptions, they might give different ideas which might confuse the manager and hence the decisions taken might go wrong sometimes.
